6th Save the Queen Corporate Carrom Tournament -Bengaluru

General Rules:
1. This tournament is only for corporate player
2. Fixture will be created by the organizing team and once published will not be changed on individual request. Fixture will be based on the ranking published on Corporate sports.. To save time for everyone exact time for each match will be given and players are requested to reach the venue on time.Late arrival of players leads to automatic walkover for the opponent.
3. In individual categories one player can participate maximum 3 categories.
4. Trial board will not be allowed.
5.Valid ID card of the company or HR letter must be produced on the day of the event.
6.Player found not to be fit in the corporate category because of various reason, can be removed from the tournament at any point of time without giving any reason.
7. Umpire/Refree decision will be final and players are requested to cooperate.
8. Players are participating at their own risk. Any injuries or accidents occurring during the event are not responsibility of the organisers.
9. In case if there are not sufficient entries for a particular category then it will be merged to nearest category or cancelled. For example Women's Singles will be merged to Men's Singles.
10.Registration can not be cancelled in any circumstances and money will not be refunded.
11. The Tournament Referee may at his discretion,postpone a match on account of bad weather/court/Board condition etc.In Case of postponement ,the score and previous occupancy of board shall hold good .
12.Tournament Committee will have the authority to postpone/cancel/amend the schedule of the tournament at any given point of time but with a prior notice to the respective teams. In such cancellation full amount will be refunded.
13.OyePlay is not liable in an event for any injuries sustained during the course of the tournament and for loss of any equipment/money/any otherbelongings.

Format:
1.All the matches in individual categories will be of knock out format.
2. Team event consist of 2 Singles,1 doubles. Minimum 2 and maximum 4 members required to form a team. All the team members should be from the same company. Team event will league come knock out format.
4.In Doubles event mix corporate is allowed and different company players can form team.

Scoring:
1. Each match will be played best of 8 boards. Result of each match will be decided on the basis of a maximum of 25 points or 30 minutes whichever is earlier from first round till final. In case of equal points at the end of 30 minutes one more board will be played for the decider. By toss it will be decided who has to break the decider board.
2. In case game could not be completed within 30 minutes, the game will be decided on the basis of queen/cm pocketed by players/available on the carrom board.
3. Time limit for making a stroke by a player and for placing the due (s) / penalty (ies) will be 10 seconds only.
4. On question of fact, interpretation of laws of carrom, or Regulation, the decision of the referee will be final and binding.

Registration Process:
1. Strictly all the registration will be done online and no on the spot registrations.
2. 30th April is the last date of the registration.

Awards and Prizes:
1.Winners/runners ups and of each category will get Trophies.
2. Gold and Silver medals for all the team members of winners and runner up teams in the team event.
3. Medals for the semi-finalists of all the categories.

Provided by Organizer:
1.Boards and coins to play the match will be provided.
2.Lunch will be provided.
3.Technical staff/ Referee to conduct the matches will be provided.
4.Tournament committee will provide only basic first aid kit. In case a player gets injured and needs medical attention, all the medical expenses have to be borne by the player or his company. Under no circumstances, Tournament Committee can be held liable for any such expenses.
