The most important place of interest near Mahabubnagar is the famous banyan tree called Pillalamarri, which is about 8-km from the city. The famous 800 year old banyan tree, covering an area of over three acres, can accommodate about 1000 people in its shade. There is a shrine of a Muslim saint under the tree. From a distance the tree has an appearance of a small hillock with green foliage but on getting closer, it looks like a large green umbrella under which about thousand people can easily take shelter.

Koilsagar Village of Deverakadra Mandal in Mahabubnagar District. Koilsagar is one of the famous tourist attractions of Mahabubnagar District. Beside Koilsagar there is Veerabadhra Temple called KoilKonda. Every year there is a celebration (Jathara) held by near by villagers

10:30 to 12:30: Visiting Pillalamarri; Start Taking Photos of the Pillalamarri.
1:00 pm: Lunch at Pillalamarri
2: 00 PM: START towards koil konda fort
3: 00 pm : Reach koil konda fort & start trekking
5: 00 pm : Start back to Hyderabad
8:00 pm : Reach Hyderabad
