Terms & Conditions

  • The Festival Tickets/Passes are not refundable in any circumstances.
  • If necessary, you may transfer the Full Festival Pass to someone else, by contacting the Muxima organizing team, under following conditions:
    • Free if requested within 10 days of purchase
    • At the payment of Rs. 500 (as name change fees) if requested within 30 days of purchase
    • At the payment of Rs. 1000 (as name change fees) if requested after 30 days, but only before 31st August, 2022
  • No transfers shall be permitted after 31st August. In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact the Muxima organizing team and the decision on transfer shall be made on a case to case basis, based on the facts and circumstances.
  • If the festival is canceled or postponed due to Covid or any other force majeure situation, the buyer/participant shall have the option to either get a refund or carry forward the full festival pass for the next edition at the same price.
  • If the buyer/participant cannot attend or travel to the festival due to any reason, there shall be no refund or carry forward of the full pass to the next edition.
