About The Event1

Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping people hone their public speaking and leadership skills. Across the world, there are close to 400K members. In India, there are roughly 21K members spread across 4 Districts. District 82 is one such vibrant district with about 9000 members in Tamilnadu, and Sri Lanka. Our members include young/middle-level/senior professionals, students from reputed colleges, entrepreneurs, home-makers, and trainers.
 
District 82 will be hosting its annual conference at Convention Hall, Chennai Trade Centre from May 23rd to 26th of 2019. The event is expected to be attended by 1500~2000 delegates from Tamilnadu, Sri Lanka, Kerala, and Karnataka. Our keynote speakers include Shri. Gaur Gopal Das, Mr. Darren Lacroix from USA, Mr. Mohammed Qahtani from Qatar, Mr.Vijay Kapoor - Managing Director of Derby Jeans,Historian Mr. V Sriram, Singer Mr. Srinivas,Lydian Nadhaswaram,Padma Shri Mrs. Aruna Sairam, and Lt. Governor of Puducherry Dr, Kiran Bedi.
