Run For A Girl Child 7th Edition
The Run for A Girl Child is being organized by Seva Bharathi (Telangana), a non-profit organization. Seva Bharathi (Telangana) is a social service organization involved in various activities which include education, health care, women empowerment, skill development and welfare homes among other things. Our objective of spreading awareness about girl child education is bearing fruit in the areas where we are operating. With your cooperation we would be able to increase the number of end beneficiaries to 10000 girls.
Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration
An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI or wallet.
Cut-off times for all the events
Event Cut Off time
21K 3:30 hrs
10K run 2:00 hrs
5K run 1:30 hrs
All participants finishing within this time will receive the finishers medal and certificate (only for 21K and 10K through soft copy download).
We have Aid Stations stocked with water, energy drinks, biscuits, bananas along the route. First Aid stations and medical outposts are also present along the route, in addition to ambulances. There will also be a recovery room at the finish point for any emergencies. The route map will be shared with your registered email in further communications.
Is there a place to store my baggage on race day
Yes, there will be cloak room facility available. But it will be limited and management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of respective contents. We try our best to take care and we suggest not having anything valuable or fragile in your bag.
Can I get a refund or transfer / donate my registration
We do not have a refund policy. Once a registration is confirmed the registration fee is non-refundable. The registration is also non-transferable.
The Registration fee covers the following:
- Official Race T-Shirt
- An official race BIB (Timed run – 21K and 10K, Non Timed Run – 5K)
- Water, energy drinks and refreshments along the course.
- Medical Support
- Post-race refreshments
- Finisher’s medal
- Timing Certificate (Soft Copy with the exception of the 5K Run which is not a timed run)
To ensure that the timing is recorded, the Runner must cross all the timing mats provided at various locations. The Timing Certificate (Soft Copy) will be provided for runners who have completed the 21K / 10K Run under 3:30 hrs / 2:00 hours respectively. The 5K Fun Run is not a timed event and therefore no timing certificate will be provided.

Will Timing/Distance parameters be mentioned on my certificate?
Yes, we’ll mention all the details in the eCertificate which will be sent out at the end of the event to every participant who completes an activity.
Any Goals/Targets in terms of Distance, Calories, etc?
No. There are no limits.
Run Descriptions:
5k : Participate in a 5k fun run along with family and friends to get started with healthy habits and create an active lifestyle.
10k : The 10K run is ideal for regular runners. It is a run to celebrate running and to celebrate funding a cause.
21.1k : The 21.1K run is ideal for regular marathon runners. Be the runner, Be part of educating a girl child.
Kids Run : Participate in Kids fun run (Non-Competitive), 1 adult who participates in any of the other categories must accompany the kid.

I/my ward declare that we fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in Seva Bharathi 21K/ 10K/ 5K RUN and Seva Bharathi will not be held liable.
Please choose the event category carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
We will be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider.
You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
Participants must personally appear for collecting the running Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners.
If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the child and that he/She has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
Runners will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time, which is announced at the start of the run.
