About Speakers:

Karan Dodwal:

Karan Dodwal is an Oracle Architect with specialization in Oracle High Availability Environments, He is an Oracle Certified Master DBA (OCM 11G) with several years of expertise on Oracle Database and Oracle Development. He works with Koenig Solutions as an Oracle Architect and he has given several services and trainings on Oracle Products in the Asia Pacific, Asia South & Greater China region. He is an OTN Author where he frequently publishes articles on OTN, OTN portugese, OTN Spanish and several websites and his blog http://karandba.blogspot.in and OTN Forum also to help Oracle Users. He presents sessions on Oracle Technology in various events and has given several webinars as well. Aman Sharma:

Aman Sharma is an Oracle Database consultant and instructor. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and has been working with Oracle Database for over a decade. His main focus is to understand how Oracle Database works internally. Besides the core database, he has a very strong knowledge of Linux, Solaris, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, Oracle Exadata and Oracle Enterprise Manager. He is an Oracle Certified Professional and also an Oracle Certified Expert in Oracle RAC, SQL and Linux. He is also an Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist and a certified Solaris System Administrator. In 2010, he was awarded the prestigious Oracle ACE award from Oracle Corporation. He loves to share his learning with the Oracle community, so when he is not delivering an Oracle related session, he spends a lot of his time participating in OTN (Oracle Technology Network) discussion community spaces. He has co-authored two books-Oracle Backup and Recovery: Expert secrets for using RMAN and Data Pump-Rampant TechPress(USA) and Oracle Database 12c Backup and Recovery Survival Guide-Packt Publishing(UK). He is an avid supporter of Oracle user groups and is a member of All India Oracle Users Group (http://www.aioug.org). He also manages the AIOUG's North India Chapter. He has presented at various Oracle conferences organized by AIOUG i.e. Sangam, OTNYathra and Tech Days. He is also an associate member of IOUG (http://www.ioug.org).

Suresh Gandhi:

Suresh Gandhi is an Oracle Consultant & Blogger.  He got vast experience in managing databases especially in Oracle in various domains like Education, Insurance, Banking & Telecom. He is working with Qualcomm as Senior Manager and also Independent Director for Independent Australia Oracle User Group (AIOUG). He shares his learnings & knowledge in his blog (http://db.geeksinsight.com) and presented various topics in Sangam & OTN.  Alongside Oracle Database knowledge, he added proficiency in BigData and NOSQL Databases.  Suresh also designed a new generation datalakes for Enterprise Dataware housing using Cloud platforms like AWS & Oracle Cloud.  He got adept knowledge in DevOps & Automations. He is certified in Oracle, AWS & ITIL Certified and holds a bachelor’s degree. He is also a trainer and delivered many sessions & Webinars in Performance Troubleshooting, Building Datalakes, NoSQL Technologies. He strives to adapt the latest trends in database technology in his work and shares his experiences with community.
