Isha Srivastava Makharia is an alumna of Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI). She works as an educator, life coach and mentor in the field of Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training. She started Astitva Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training as the first ever Image Consultancy in Bihar. Isha’s passion lies in enhancing people’s personalities and lives for the better, she is a people’s person and has truly found her calling with ICBI.

Isha is a graduate in Business Economics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and completed her MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She has worked with top Asset Management Companies before getting married and entering a family business setup. But being an ambitious individual, she wanted to do something of her own and that’s when she came across the certification courses of ICBI and the rest was history.
