'Ms Joya' as she is known as, being a well-experienced 'Primary and Pre-Primary Teacher cum Soft -Skills Trainer' is an alumna of the 'Image Consulting Business Institute'(ICBI).
With her ancestry, being in both the sports and the educational field, Ms Joya and her twenty- plus years of varied work-experience, has had a life-long learning opportunity encompassing appropriate social skills, public speaking, communication and etiquette in diverse cultures.
This work experience started at the school she graduated in- the 'TBS, New Delhi' and extended to the Boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow and Sutton in London. In the past decade it returned to Ms Joya's home-country at 'Indus International School, Bengaluru' Her diverse national and international work-experience ranging from Teaching, Travel, HR and Training, has enabled her to better understand (and continue understanding, as we all do), varied human behaviour. It helps make her believe profoundly, in how, many can create an excellent first impression, but only a few sustain it 'life-long'!
Like all at ICBI, Ms Joya believes in helping develop something many of us lack- confidence, particularly in how to be, both personally and professionally- authentic, empowering, unique and impactful!
