Our research conducted in April 2019 has shown that most people try to reduce stress through entertainment, such as watching a movie, meeting friends or browsing social media. Interestingly, a majority also said that these tactics are only temporary; once the entertainment stops, the stress comes right back!
Why does stress return?
Unless you specifically target the root cause of stress, you cannot prevent it for good. By focusing on personality traits, we are able to shift control to the individual.
