Ltd company RIGHT2RISE® and a trust named RKT Foundation in Mumbai, is also a Limitless Enabler, Keynote Speaker, and an Inclusive Leader in creating safe and conducive workplaces. 

She heads three service verticals for training, compliance, and consulting and brings more than 24 years of experience working internationally in leadership, the POSH and POCSO Acts, and cyber safety with impactful human psychology, innovation, DE&I- diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has received numerous awards, interviews, and accolades for her valuable work in achieving safe complainant organisations, NGOs, and government initiatives through balanced approaches in the latest implementation of policies, organisational culture, leadership top-down, and employee development. She also bagged prestigious titles such as the 2019 UN Rex Karmveer Awardee, 2022 Group Ambassador, 2021 Forbes Woman 40 Under 40 Woman of Excellence Award, 2022 Resilient Leader Award, and 2018 Best Start-up for Women's Rights.
