About The Event

Terms & Conditions

1. All tickets bought are non-cancellable and non-transferable 
2. Once a wristband has been given to a ticket holder, it will not be replaced if lost or tampered
3. Tickets do not allow for participation in DreamHack invitational and Pro tournaments 
4. Tickets only allow access to non restricted areas 
5. Age limit of 21+ may be applicable in some areas of the festival  
6. Double Vaccination or a negative PCR report generated within 72 hrs is mandatory for entry 
7. If a ticket holder is found to show higher than normal temperature, entry will not be allowed
8. Eatables, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from outside the venue will not allowed inside the venue
9. Lineup, artists, games are subject to change at any point
10. While Event Organizers will take necessary measure to prevent theft, neither the Event Organizer, nor the Venue will be liable for theft of any personal belongings
11. A ticket holder grants the Event Organizer the right to record and use footage which may feature the ticket holder. This footage may be used on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion of the event.
12. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser
