  • All tickets bought are non-cancellable and non-transferable.
  • Once a wristband has been given to a ticket holder, it will not be replaced if lost or tampered.
  • Tickets do not allow for participation in DreamHack invitational and Pro tournaments.
  • Tickets only allow access to non restricted areas.
  • Age limit of 21+ may be applicable in some areas of the festival.
  • You may be asked to produce your vaccination certificate or a negative PCR report generated within 72 hrs for entry.
  • If a ticket holder is found to show higher than normal temperature, entry will not be allowed.
  • Eatables, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from outside the venue will not allowed inside the venue.
  • Lineup, artists, games are subject to change at any point.
  • While Event Organizers will take necessary measure to prevent theft, neither the Event Organizer, nor the Venue will be liable for theft of any personal belongings.
  • A ticket holder grants the Event Organizer the right to record and use footage which may feature the ticket holder. This footage may be used on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion of the event.
