Let this camp be your child's first-ever experience of camping, staying without you, making new friends, exploring his/her hidden skills, qualities and emotions.
2. The campground/venue is in Mumbai itself:
Yes, the camps are conducted at Junggle Cammp, a campground at Yeoor Hills in Thane. If you are based in or around Mumbai, then you can reach the campground within an hour.
Our campground is not a resort. We have tried to keep it as natural as possible.
However, you will find all the necessary features well-maintained washrooms (western toilets with jet sprays, tent house, dining area, obstacle ground, etc.
3. Your child will be in safe hands:
Capt Tanuja Kabre (ex-Army officer) is the camp director. Capt Tanuja and her team of instructors including boys and girls will be with your child throughout the camp.
4. Unplug them from technology, especially mobile phone:
Let them get an opportunity to perform activities which they generally watch on YouTube lighting a fire without match stick, making stretchers, staying in tents, etc.
5. You can speak to your child during the camp:
Every child is asked to call his/her parents during the camp especially after dinner. You can be in touch with them.
6. Your child will have a story to tell:
After Diwali vacation, when your child will go to school, he/she will have a story to share with his/her peers.
The cost of this memorable experience is not even equal to the amount you spend on a family dinner in a good restaurant.
