Why Framer?
We evolved from image based prototyping ( Marvelapp / Invisionapp ) to layer based prototyping ( Principle / After Effects ). With Framer, now you can write your own logic on what information you want to present to your users to drive the core experience of your prototype.
In this first ever 5-hour super intensive Framer workshop, we'll build a translation app that you can test by writing your own logic on the questions asked. You'll be able to define difficulties, give scores and even motivate your user as they progress through your prototype. Nothing like this can be built on any other prototyping tool today.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for designers with no programming background. We'll start from basics of programming, learn the basics of framer and start building our prototype and logic from scratch.
What will you learn?
By the end of this workshop you will have built your own translation app logic on Framer. Do you want to reward your users for answering right questions? Do you want to stop and ask a question answered wrongly again after a few attempts? Or maybe you want to cheat and offer points for even giving wrong answers. Bottom line, anything is possible and you will be able to write your this logic. Take home a prototype you can test!
