Location: The Gathering Conference will be held at two locations:

• Saturday Day Session (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM): Hope Unlimited Church, RNR Auditorium, Banjara Hills (19^th October)

• Evening Sessions (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM): HopeUC Secunderabad, The Gardens of Surabhi (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,18^th, 19^th, & 20^th October)

Ticketing Options: We’ve designed a variety of ticket packages to suit different needs. While we highly recommend attending all three nights and the day conference, as each session is unique with different messages, programs, and worship, we also offer options for those who can only attend the evening sessions.

• Complete Conference Package: All-in-one ticket for all events—The Gathering Conference day sessions at HopeUC, RNR Auditorium, Banjara Hills, on Saturday, 19th October, plus all 3 evening concerts at the Gardens of Surabhi, Secunderabad, on 18th, 19th, 20th October, at a special discounted price. Select this option and you get it all.

• Evenings-Only Package: This ticket is for you if you are unable to attend the day conference but wish to attend all three evening concerts at the Gardens of Surabhi, Secunderabad, on 18th, 19th, 20th October, at a special discounted price.

You can also purchase tickets for individual sessions as per your requirements:

• Conference Daytime Sessions Only: Day event only at HopeUC, RNR Auditorium, Banjara Hills, on Saturday, 19th October, 9:30am-4:00pm. (This ticket does not include any evening sessions.)

• Conference Evening Concert 1 Only: 6:30-8:30pm concert at the Gardens of Surabhi, Secunderabad, Friday, 18th October only

• Conference Evening Concert 2 Only: 6:30-8:30pm concert at the Gardens of Surabhi, Secunderabad, Saturday, 19th October only

• Conference Evening Concert 3 Only: 6:30-8:30pm concert at the Gardens of Surabhi, Secunderabad, Sunday, 20th October only
