About Great AppSec Hackathon

The Great AppSec Hackathon is a nationwide competition, under our App Security Champion virtual programme, to provide college students with a platform to solve some of the critical challenges in the field of Application Security. This will enable students to expand their problem-solving and innovative-thinking capabilities in the Cyber security space.

Broad Objectives of the Hackathon:

• Capability building and Skill building among students in application security. 
• Provide hands-on experience for students to hone their skills.
• Create awareness on threats and vulnerabilities related to application security.
• To Encourage students to enter the realm of Cybersecurity and gain expertise in Web Application Security.

Dates of the Hackathon: 

ROUND 1 (only for students)
Assessment Test (Mcq)
9th & 10th August 2024

ROUND 2
Capture The Flag Challenge (24 Hour Challenge)
17th & 18th August, 2024

Please note that the certificate consists of the institution/organization name. Please register under the eligible criteria of students.

About Indo-Dutch Cybersecurity School 2024

Start Date: 14 October 2024 

End Date: 08 November 2024  

Daily the classes are organized in the second half of the day for 2 hours tentatively. 

What is the Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School?
The Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School is an annual large-scale event organised by a number of Dutch and Indian organisations for students and young professionals interested in cyber security issues. The central goal of this school is to give interested students and young professionals the opportunity to grow professionally as well as academically in the sphere of cyber security.
