We are organizing the meet up at Axis Bank’s Fintech innovation lab named Thought Factory, which is in collaboration with AWS and Zone Startups, an accelerator hybrid.They are aligning themselves with the best of talent by welcoming innovation in the form of hi tech accelerated growth, potential startups building disruptive solutions and innovation ideation at their co-innovation lab. This discussion will revolve around streamlined hiring along with high level ideation and thought sharing and an interactive discussion on looking for the best talent, how to hire and retain them. We plan to do it in an interactive Q&A format and the questions would be collected before hand from you and the best questions would be answered by our panel of mentors which would include three founders and Subhendu Panigrahi, co-founder of Venturesity,who would be the moderator of this session as well

Vaibhav, a graduate from IIT Delhi, is the Co Founder and CTO at Shadowfax, leading tech enabled, optimised logistic solutions. His major research interests are in the field of Machine Learning and Human Computer Interactions. Worked with System Two Advisors, a US based Hedge fund on high frequency trading algorithms.
Apart from this, he is an avid debater and loves to solve Kakuro.
