However, at times due to a variety of reasons including parliamentary or official duties of government ministers and officials, personal, health, flight delays, or other emergencies, some speakers might excuse themselves. The event organizer will keep updating the speaker list, but cannot be held responsible or liable for non-appearance of any speaker.
