A. We take care of every visitor and to provide them with a safe and secure platform is our major concern. Thus the whole Joygaon is under CCTV surveillance (24*7).
 
Q. How do you ensure Hygiene at your Place?
A. We have lept a special staff to keep the place clean and tidy.
 
Q. DO you have RO water supply?
 We do have Ro water that too of the best quality and even on a regular basis we get it tested.
 
Q. How do you look after the quality and the taste of the food.
A. We have a team of best chefs who taste the food before serving it to the visitors.
They prepare it afresh as per the visitors choice 
Our team is always ready to support them.
 
Q.what kind of facility do you provide in case of any injury?
A. We have First Aid and Doctors are also available in case of emergency.
 
Q.How do you ensure the safety of the visitors during the rides?
 
 A. We have well-trained professionals for every ride. They instruct the rider properly before taking his ride and even ensure his safety. For some specific rides, we have safety suits also.
 
Q.Do you provide pick and drop facility?
A. Yes, we do provide bus & cab facility but there should be minimum a group of 40 people. (which will be chargeable)

 

Terms & Conditions

1.)Daytime tickets are restricted to day opening times.

2) Bringing in food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from outside into the park is strictly prohibited.

3) The operation of Activities may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.

4) We also provide locker facilities at nominal rates.

5) The Management shall not owe any responsibility for mishap or any other damages.

6) Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7) We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
