• Rights of admission are reserved with the Organizers.
• Valid Photo ID Proof is a must along with the ticket/ receipt.
• Narcotics and Banned substances are strictly prohibited at this event as per the Indian Law.
• Weapons and Toxic substances are NOT allowed inside the Venue.
• For safety reasons, the ticket holder will be subjected to a full body cavity search (frisking) and check of their personal belongings at the Event Venue by the State Government Officials, State Police and Special Security.
• A 100% drug free event any person who is found to be in possession or influence of drugs will be handed over to the state police.
• Management will not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law of court.
• Wristbands issued at the entry gate must be worn at all times. Anyone found not wearing wrist band will be escorted outside the premises by the security. In case the wristband is lost or damaged there will be no responsibility of management.
• Event management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property inside the Venue.
• Please help us in keeping the place & environment clean. Bins will be plentiful and closely located to all dance floors, camping and facility areas.
• Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances (like rain or any natural calamity), if the function gets cancelled vent management company or any other person associated with the same shall not be responsible for any claim or compensation.
