Kasol is a small tourist village in Himachal Pradesh mostly inhabited by locals and Israelis. Situated in the Parvati Valley, as the name suggests, the river Parvati runs parallel to the entire village. 

November is a good time as it is off season so it won't be crowded with tourists. November is perfect to chill, relax and have fun with friends & with fellow travelers. Only thing is that it gets quite cold at night(temperature may drop to zero degrees), but that's when bonfires are the most fun :-).
