Terms and Conditions for Online Drawing Competition
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to participants of all ages unless stated otherwise. Entries must be original and created by the participant.
2. Submission Guidelines: Participants must submit their artwork digitally in the required format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). The artwork must be original, not copied, traced, or AI-generated. The Art work should be sent to our what's app number 84284 38733.
3. Theme & Criteria: Entries must align with the given theme (if applicable) and will be judged based on creativity, originality, and artistic skill.
4. Deadline: All entries must be submitted on or before 15th May 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
5. Judging & Results: A panel of judges will evaluate the artwork. The decision of the judges will be final and cannot be challenged. Results will be published via Kalam Event Management Whats app Channel, Facebook, Insta on 20th May 2025 by 6:00pm. All Participants will get Certificates & Medals through courier. (Free courier for Chennai Residence and Charges apply for others)
6. Copyright & Usage Rights: By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizers the right to use, display, and share the artwork for promotional purposes with due credit. The artist retains ownership of their work.
7. Disqualification: Entries that contain offensive content, plagiarism, or violate copyright laws will be disqualified.
8. Prizes: Winners will be awarded as per the competition announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. General Terms: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary. By participating, contestants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
