Brand Strategist and author, Ambi Parameswaran, will be launching his latest book -SPONGE: Leadership Lessons I Learnt From My Clients at All India Management Association, Delhi on Wednesday, 29th August at 4.00 PM. About the Author: Ambi Parameswaran is a Brand Strategist. A large part of his 40-year career was spent in advertising, first at Rediffusion and then a 25 year stint at FCB Ulka.

About the Book: SPONGE: Leadership Lessons I Learnt From My Clients: Early in Ambi’s career, he realised that some of the best lessons can be learnt if people just listen to and learn from customer interactions. A challenging customer could actually end up enriching your life with some of the most engaging conversations one could ever have.
