MOS - POS SPORTS CARNIVAL 2025

1. Event organizers will provide playing arena, breakfast and ‘working’ lunch on both the days to all the registered sports participants.  

2. Registration fees once paid are not refundable. However, in an unlikely scenario of any sports discipline getting cancelled for whatever reasons, we shall offer the participant choice of some other sports. If he does not want an alternative sport, his entire registration money will be refunded within 3 working days after the event. Partial refund is not possible, may please be noted and the entire registration needs to get canceled and refunded.

3. If you want to change the category of the ticket that you purchased (for example from one sport to two sports or three sports), you need to first buy the new ticket and then contact Dr. Sandesh Doshi (9822031839, email: websitepospune@gmail.com) who will cancel your first ticket and initiate the refund which will take 3 working days after the refund is initiated. Refund automatically gets credited to the same bank account from where the payment was first made. The participant will not get bank SMS of the credit, he will have to check his bank statement online.

6. For all the registered delegates we are trying to give an event commemorative T-shirt complimentary. Sizes will be XS-34” / S-36” / M-38” / L-40” / XL-42” / XXL-44”. If there is any doubt about your size, please select 1 size bigger. We shall try to provide the exact size that you have selected but if there is any shortfall of a particular size, you will have to accept the nearest or whatever size is available as the T-shirts are complimentary.

7. Last minute additional sports entries: - If an “already registered” participant suddenly finds himself free to participate in other sports than that he has chosen, his/her entry for any additional sport may be taken (only at the sole discretion of the sports coordinator whose decision will be final and binding) @ INR 300 (including GST) per sport to be paid only through a POS QR code (no cash payments allowed).

8. Spot registrations: As of now we are not planning to accept any spot registrations. Stay tuned for more details.  The event registrations will close on 31/12/2024 may please be noted.

9. Box cricket: There is no separate TEAM registration for the box cricket. Each member of the Box cricket team needs to pay individually as box cricket is treated as a single sport.

10. Primary sport: If you are selecting two or more sports, you must select one sport as your “primary” sport. Rest choices are now ‘secondary’ sports. You need to give priority to the primary sport and in the event if 2 sports are conflicting with each other, you need to forgo the secondary sport, in which case your bye will be taken.

11. If you have back-to-back sport rounds between different categories, a max period of 30 mins will be granted between two sports, that too if your opponent and the coordinator agree. ‘Getting tired’ from the previous sport can’t be taken as an excuse to delay the next rounds.

12. Communication: There will be an individual WhatsApp groups of each sport and participants will be informed about the draws, their next rounds from time to time. It is your responsibility to be present at the given time. If you are getting late, the sport coordinator will out-of-good-faith try to call or message you requesting your immediate presence but if you fail to turn up within the given time, your BYE will be taken. We will be strict on this and no arguments will be entertained. The decision of the said sport coordinator will be final and binding.

13. Age: We will need your birth date to determine your age for age categories, if any. Depending upon the number of the participants, the coordinator will decide if any age categories are possible. Age as on 31/12/2024 will be considered as your age for the sports event. Please carry a soft copy of PAN or Aadhar in case coordinator has to crosscheck your birth date if there is some doubt. No hard feelings please!
