New Years Eve Camping at Akshi Alibaug near the beach

Beach View Cottages, Camping & Events presents camping on New Year's Eve near the beach. It's an ideal weekend Getaway to get out of the city's daily hustle & bustle and welcome the New Year.

Our camping schedule
Day 1

5PM: Check-In & Tea

6 to 7PM: Sunset by the beach

7:30 to 8:30PM: Bonfire by the beach under the stars 

8:30 to 10PM: Indoor music followed by Games, BBQ & Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg)

10 to 11:55PM: New Year Celebration

12:00AM: Welcoming New Year with Surprises & Resolutions (LOL)

Day 2

 9AM : Breakfast

11AM : Check Out

How to get there:

1. For Private Vehicles, location will be provided on GPS once booking is confirmed
2. For Public Transport: Take a ferry from Gateway of India to Mandwa jetty and then a bus to Alibaug city (ferry price includes bus fares). You would get a rickshaw from the city to reach the destination. (15-20 mins from the main city)

Things to Carry:

1. Carry woolen clothes or jacket; Shoes for the night.
2. Carry personal extra blankets because it might get chilly at night.
3. Please carry id proof e.g. Pan Card, driving license.

Payment and cancellation policy:

• 3500 per person. (Min 50% advance payment to be made to confirm the booking.)
• Advance is non-refundable.

1. How will the staying facility be?
   - Stay will be in Tent (2/3 person sharing basis)

General Guideline:

1. Do not carry valuables or items like jewellery, laptops or any other things.
2. Management & Campsite is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage of your belongings.
3. Do not smoke or light any items inside the tent as it may cause fire in the tent.
4. Please Remove your footwear outside the tent and keep tent neat & tidy.
5. Weapons or any inflammable things are not allowed in the premises or in the tent.
6. If any damages are caused to the campsite, tent or bedding, camper/ guest will be responsible for the damage and will have to pay the charges for the same.
7. STRICTLY NO USE OF DRUGS IN ANY KIND OR ANY FORM OR ANY OTHER KIND OF INTOXICANTS.
8. All guests must follow the camping rules.
9. Carry torch.
10. Anything that is not included in packages is excluded.

Note:

• No drinking & Going to the beach
• Carry Liquor permit while buying from the shop. It's mandatory (liquor permit cost ranges between 10-20 )
