About The Event

Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Pricing:

   - All ticket sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once the purchase is confirmed.

   - Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on demand and availability.

   - Additional service fees, taxes, and charges may apply to the ticket price.

2. Payment:

   - Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and sometimes other payment methods like PayPal.

   - Full payment must be received at the time of booking to confirm the ticket purchase.

3. Ticket Delivery:

   - Tickets booked in the system will be validated at the time of Registration before starting of the event.

   - A venue entry card shall be provided at the time of Registration

4. Entry and Admission:

   - Valid identification and the evidence of purchased ticket are required for entry to the event. Valid identifications include Government ID (Aadhar / PAN etc)

   - For PMI Members PMI Membership ID/Number will be verified with PMI records. In case the individual is not PMI member on the date of Event. He/she is expected to pay the differential amount for a Non-member.  

   - For Individuals from Affiliated Institutes a valid College ID is required. In case the individual is found not from Affiliated Institute on the date of Event. He/she is expected to pay the differential amount for a Non-member.

   - For Individuals from Corporate Sponsors a valid Sponsor ID is required. In case the individual is found not from sponsoring company on the date of Event. He/she is expected to pay the differential amount for a Non-member.

    - For Retired PMI Members PMI ID will be verified. Additionally, Age Proof will be verified. In case the individual is not PMI member on the date of Event. He/she is expected to pay the differential amount for a Non-member.

   - The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who is deemed to be in violation of the venue’s rules or poses a safety risk.

5. Resale and Transfer:

   - Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the event organizer.

   - Unauthorized resale of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations:

   - The event organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or lineup of the event without notice.

   - If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refund policies will vary and may include options for a refund, credit, or exchange for a future event.

7. Liability and Risk:

   - Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including risks of injury or property loss.

   - The event organizer and ticket vendor are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that occur during or in connection with the event.

8. Prohibited Items and Behaviour:

   - The event venue may have a list of prohibited items (e.g., weapons, drugs, outside food and beverages).

   - Attendees must adhere to the venue's code of conduct, which typically prohibits disruptive behaviour, illegal activities, and non-compliance with staff instructions.

9. Recording and Use of Likeness:

   - By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded and agree that their likeness may be used in promotional materials without compensation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection:

   - Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with the ticket vendor’s privacy policy.

   - Information may be shared with the event organizer for purposes related to the event.
