Welcome to the 6th Project Management Regional Conference which will be held in Kolkata on April 18th. Being hosted, for the second time, by PMI West Bengal Chapter.
The conference revolves around the theme - Project Management in Entrepreneurial Innovation. Rise of digitalization has led to the rise of yet another culture in India - that of entrepreneurship. It is vital that this exciting new thinking and culture percolates down to leaders across diverse industries for it to bear the desired results. The conference will focus on leadership skill areas prescribed under the PMI Talent Triangle. Which is a combination of technical, leadership, strategic and business management expertise. These are the skills that will empower project leaders to combat technological and economic disruptions, to deliver successful project outcomes, while adapting on the go.
Another core focus area will be the Project Management Technology Quotient (PMTQ). Going forward, both organizations and individuals must ensure that they have the right mix of both technological and project management skills in order to succeed.
