How to handle conflict is a key skill starting from Classroom to Boardroom.
CAPE is a two-day workshop designed to develop this skill in your child. It is based on the Detect, Diffuse, and Defend framework which is applicable to everyday scenarios your child is likely to face.
CAPE uses essential Krav Maga techniques. Krav Maga is an Israeli martial art which is used by elite forces across the world. There are no pre-requisites to learn Krav Maga.

What is Self-Defense?
In times of distress or conflict, one needs a set of skills to safely navigate out of the situation. This broadly falls under Self-Defense Skills.
