Understanding if the story you are creating for yourself is your own or a function of societal conditioning and expectations
Learning how spending time with your unconscious can help you become conscious of your unique set of values
Creating and live your own definition of success and happiness
Pooja is a dynamic and passionate expert with global experience in working with organizations on diversity, equity and inclusion issues. Over Pooja's career, she has advised, designed and implemented inclusion strategies across organisations using a research driven and creative approach. SHe had led the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at Goldman Sachs Bengaluru, and has also worked as Country Manager for Community Business, in India.
Pooja is a recognised speaker on inclusion in the workplace and society and has been awarded the Global Diversity Leadership award by World HRD Congress in 2016 and 2017 for an individual’s contribution to the promotion of diversity at the workplace. She is also the co-author of “Diversity & Inclusion: Building the Business Case - Stories from India”.
