Table Tennis Tournament - Season 1 - Limited Entries

Date: 23-24th June 2018. Table Tennis Singles:- starts at 9: 00 am. The registration fee will Rs. 199. (max participation is limited to 32) Doubles: starts at 3:00 pm. The registration fee will Rs. 299. (max participation is limited to 16).

About The Event:

General Rules

1. The tournament is open for all Players.
2. White colour Stag/Artengo 3 star balls will be used for the tournament.
3. Fixture will be created by the organizing team and once published will not be changed on individual request. Fixture will be based on the seeding given by the organizing team. To save time for everyone exact time for each match will be given and players are requested to reach the venue on time. Late arrival of players leads to automatic walkover for the opponent.
4. Valid ID card must be produced on the day of the event.
5. Umpire/Referee decision will be final and players are requested to cooperate.
7. Players are participating at their own risk. Any injuries or accidents occurring during the event are not responsibility of the organisers.
8. Players should strictly wear Non Marking Shoes and come in sports attire.
9 . No current top 10 state or national ranked players are allowed.
10. Registration cannot be cancelled under any circumstances and money will not be refunded.
11. Tournament Committee will have the authority to postpone/cancel/amend the schedule of the tournament at any given point of time but with a prior notice to the respective teams. In such cancellation full amount will be refunded.
12. V- Sports is NOT liable in an event for any injuries sustained during the course of the tournament and for loss of any equipment/money/any other belongings.

Awards & Prizes

1. Winners & Runners-up will get surprising gift Vouchers.

Formats:

1. All the matches in individual categories will be of knock out format. All the matches will be played with best of 3 games of each 11 points
2. In Doubles event players are allowed to form their team.

Refunds: Sadly we won't be able to do any refunds but you can surely get a friend or family or neighbour to take your place as long as it is 3 days before the event.
