Qube Café at Siesta Hitech is hosting Telugu Food Festival to offer a delicious treat to the diners.This food festival will witness best of authentic food from Costal Andhra & Telengana. The chef has carefully designed the menu to showcase the culinary delights of this region and offer a rich food experience. The dishes will be prepared using home-made spices to keep the authenticity intact.
In both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories there will be a host of delicacies served here,that will, Ulava Charu, Inguva charu, Nalla Miryala shorba, and salads ranging from cucumber, onion, Chana, Phalli etc. Besides this, traditional snacks also form part of the menu such as Arisalu, Gudalu, Gavvalu, Garelu, Sakinalu, Bondaalu, Punugulu, Bajjilu etc. On the spicy front, the food fest has the traditional Telagana mutton curry, Mutton Pulao, Kodi Pulao, Talakaya Kura, Mutton liver fry, Oorru Kodi Pulusu, Golichina Mamsam, Bommidala pulusu, There is also the jowar roti and jowar ghatka and maize vadas (makka garelu).Besides, the traditional vegetable curries such as Bellam Pappu, dosakaya pappu, tomato kura,pachi pulusu, salla charu and other varieties are also a part of the menu.
