Valentine Weekend Special Trek to Mt. Kalsubai

SafariYaara invites all the Trek enthusiasts to one day Valentine Weekend Special Trek to Mt Kalsubai.

 Celebrate this Valentine weekend with your dear ones, near ones, special friend ones, close friend ones, crush ones, bff ones or with anyone you respect and love and yes of course with some strangers that will later on add to your pool of friends…. J :P Have all this fun with us at the Everest of Maharashtra i.e. Kalsubai Peak.

 Height : 1646m [5400Feets]

 Some extra Info (For those interested) :

• At the summit of the mountain there is plain ground with a small temple of kalsubai (a woman who climbed this mountain and started living there).
• You can find pooja materials there throughout the year. A traditional prayer is held on kalsubai on every tuesday and thursday by local priest.

 Itinerary :

 10 PM : Meet us at Dadar station.

 10:30 PM : Start moving towards the base village in a private vehicle (nicely decorated)

(The entire journey will be jam-packed with fun games, amazing songs and full on Mastiii…)

 3:00 AM : Reach base village.

 3:15 AM : Start trek for the Peak.

 4:00 AM : Reach a levelled ground. Bonfire session. Breakfast and Surprise event.

 5:30 AM : Start the trek again. Enjoy sunrise in between

 9:00 AM : Finally at the Peak. Enjoy the view. Feel the satisfaction in the air of reaching the highest peak   of state.

 10:30 AM : Time to Descend

 1:00 PM : Reach Base.

 1:30 PM : Exhausted… right? Time to serve your tummy. Have lunch.

 2:30 PM : Back to Dadar in same vehicle. Relax and enjoy the scenic view of Bari village.

 6:30 PM : Dadar … we are back(Traffic dependency). Carry an extra suitcase of memories with you.

Inclusions :

• Travelling from Dadar to Dadar
• Guide, Administration charges.
• Sunday Breakfast and Lunch (Local veg cuisine).
• Service Tax

 Exclusions :

• Transport from your home to Dadar station and vice versa.
• Personal Expenses
• Any kind of Insurance.  
• Anything which is not mentioned in Inclusions.

 Kindly Remember :

1. Trek leader’s decision will be final.
2. Smoking, Drinking or use of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited.
3. Please do not carry any valuable/expensive items.
4. SafariYaara reserves all the rights to change/cancel the plan with two day prior information.
5. While starting the journey, If in case you are late more than 15 minutes of the scheduled time, SafariYaara reserves the rights to respect other’s time and start the journey.
6. Polluting the route of the destination is strictly prohibited. A disciplinary action will be taken against the one found doing so.
7. SafariYaara will not be responsible for any kind of damage/loss to your belongings.
8. Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact send us a text message

 Things to Carry :

• Any Photo ID Card.
• Torch (Not required if your mobile has one)
• Comfy clothes with proper Trekking shoes (Preferred : one with a thick sole)
• Water Bottle (At least 3 litres)
• Small Towel
• Cap/Hat(When it turns hot)
• Warm clothes (Chilled weather in night and early morning)
• Medicines (if required)
• Powerbank and chord( if required)

Cancellation Policy :

• A week before the event : 50% will be refunded
• 3 days before the event : 25% will be refunded
• Otherwise, No refund.
