The below attached file is the creative for our event termed X3 ( x cube ) held on the 10th of February .The venues name is BombAY Barcode location is City Point off Dhole patil road behind ruby hall hospital
About the event
a) X3 is an event strictly for the Singles !
b) This is not a regular boring speed dating event this is speed dating party ! ( We want people to party and mingle around enjoying themselves )
c) Our target audience is the single individuals / unmarried
d) The timings would be 8pm onwards till the authorized time the venue functions till
e) We would be blocking either a section / Premium Venue exclusive for this event
f) We would be screening our crowd on the final day to maintain our crowds quality standards , Unwanted individuals will be asked to leave with their refunds if found not suitable to attend the event !
g) Our tickets includes only entry charges split into two halves (early birds & regular)
h) The Early birds are of 350 /- inr for the first 15 days followed with the Regular tickets of 500/- inr thereon.
i) The charges mentioned above include only entry no extra food and drinks would be clubbed along or be included
j) The venues ongoing food and beverage offers ( Happy Hours offers ) would be valid till the venues exisiting Happy Hours time ends .
k) High Security would be present at the venue to ensure our patrons safety !
l) We would be tieing up with automobile partners ( Uber or Ola) to promote A No Drink and Drive campaign to ensure our patrons reach home safely !
