Rules & Regulations: We must receive a signed Release Form for all participants (including children and pets) prior to race. No runner or walkers will be permitted if they are not registered, and have a race bib. All dogs in the event premises must have up to date Anti Rabi vaccine and Parvo Vaccine.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

With Your Dog Limited acts as an online agent for Show Organisations by accepting and promoting online entries only, therefore the online and show entry fees cannot be refunded or cancelled online once entries and payment has been submitted. In the event of a cancellation of the show for any reason the entries will be refunded at the discretion of the show organisers. If this should occur we may contact you on behalf of the show organisers. For show related enquiries including refunds (if appropriate) use the link on the show details screen for their contact information.

No refund 15 days or less prior to the event.

ACTS OF GOD: The Bengaluru Dogathon, AWE and its partners, shall have no liability whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from strikes, lock-outs’, fire or other acts of God: preventing the event

AMENDMENTS: Event management shall have the full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all terms, rules and regulations and any further stipulations considered necessary for the proper conduct of the event. Participants agrees to comply with such terms, rules and regulations. Failure to comply with such terms, rules and regulations shall entitle The Bengaluru Dogathon to terminate participations under this contract.

PHOTOS & VIDEO: The Bengaluru Dogathon and AWE reserve the right to use photos and videos taken at the event for future advertising & promotions.

Registering your details and your dog(s) details on the TICKETING Website

1. You agree to provide With Your Dog Limited with current, accurate and complete information about yourself when registering.
2. You are solely responsible for keeping this information current and accurate for use within this site.
3. It is essential that your dog(s) details be given exactly as they are recorded with the Vet.
4. You may only use the system for registering your own and a family members details (provided that they have granted their permission). If registering a person under 18 years of age you must obtain permission from the parent or legal guardian of the person you are registering.

Must be provided as the information as recorded with the vet or Kennel Club and abide by their rules & regulations G. In the case of joint ownership a letter of authority to compete is held by yourself in the absence of two signatories. Please note that your details will appear (if authorised) in the Show catalogues exactly as you provide them to us and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies. Your contract is with the Show Organisers; therefore you are also bound by their show specific rules & regulations. Any queries, comments regarding entries prior to; or after the closing date other than those relating to the website must be directed to the Show Organisers using the link on the show details screen for their contact information. Entries will be accepted up until 12pm on the day of Entries Closing unless otherwise stated.

Once your online entry has been submitted and your payment processed, you will be sent confirmation of proof of entry via e-mail. It is important that you retain this e-mail until after the Show. And the E Ticket, no msg on the phone or tab will be accepted.

  Participants must provide photo identification upon picking up their race kit to verity their identity as the registrant to whom the bib number is assigned.
• Participant race number bibs are specific personal identifiers and may not be exchanged with or transferred/sold to any other person. The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bibs is strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification and/or banning of any individuals involved from future event/s.
• Each participant must sign/agree an event waiver before participating in the event.
• All participants take part at their own wish and undertake not to participate if they are medically unfit to do so.
• Participant must undertake to abide by the race rules, race instructions and marshal directions.
• All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during their participation in the event.
• Participants may not be accompanied by anyone on race route that is not registered in the event.
• No bikes or wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
• No tobacco, alcohol or any other banned substance is permitted.
• The organisers reserve the right to remove any entrant who is medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the Medical Officer.
• The course will remain secured until 08:45am. At that time, the event is officially concluded and there will be no traffic protection and Aid Stations will cease operation.
• All finish times are reviewed before times are deemed official.
• Participants with missing or irregular split times at official timing checkpoints will be reviewed and may be disqualified.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Race Director will be final.
• Video recording and Photographs will be taken of runners and used for the purpose of advertising and promoting the event/s.
• Race mementos: only finishers will receive medal and goody bag.
• Event cancellation: the event will only be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. In such an eventuality all participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Entry fee is non-refundable.
• Collection and use of information: I acknowledge and agree that my personal information (including medical information) can be sorted, used and disclosed by the organisers in connection with the organisation, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.
• Any participant who is found in breach of these terms and conditions will be excluded from current and future event/s
• Event officials reserve the right to modify, supplement or waive all or part of the event rules.
